About the Role:
Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? As a Community Manager, you’ll do more than oversee operations—you’ll shape the resident experience, drive property performance, and lead your community to success. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee rent collections, late notices, and eviction filings with professionalism and consistency
     

  • Enforce community rules to ensure a safe, welcoming, and clean environment
     

  • Monitor income and expenses to meet or exceed financial goals
     

  • Manage all on-site operations, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor partnerships
     

  • Coordinate timely renovations and repairs to maintain property quality
     

  • Show available homes with enthusiasm and close prospects quickly
     

  • Oversee all resident move-ins and move-outs, ensuring seamless processes
     

  • Conduct market surveys to set competitive but profitable rental rates
     

  • Support marketing efforts, lead follow-ups, and occupancy initiatives
     

  • Take initiative, lead by example, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration

  • Have a background in project or property management (highly preferred, but not required for quick learners!)
